My experience with JK Tech Solutions definitely surpassed my expectations!! Karen and Javier were phenomenal!! At all times kept me informed of what was happening with the computer and sought what most affordable and best for the PC. Days after the computer was brought back, I couldn't figure out why it didn't have any audio. Karen and Javier came right away after I called them and fixed the problem. These people are very knowledgeable on what they do. They are very dedicated, honest, courteous and very pleasant. And the price… more than reasonable!! They really look after their clients.
