Well my old dell laptop kept having problems and after buying part after the money cost went up and I ran out of warranty on my laptop. I was looking for someone to that knows how to build a computer by buying parts and building it from scratch. I found Karen & Javier and exactly I was wanting on my computer. I told them exactly what I wanted and in about 2 weeks I had my computer up and running with cool designs and custom cover and lights on my computer. Any computer problem that I have, I always give them a call for any questions on what is happening with my awesome gaming computer. I love their style of how they treat their customers and I love their reasonable prices and their customer support.

At all times kept me informed of what was happening with the computer and sought what most affordable and best for the PC. Days after the computer was brought back, I couldn't figure out why it didn't have any audio. Karen and Javier came right away after I called them and fixed the problem. These people are very knowledgeable on what they do. They are very dedicated, honest, courteous and very pleasant. And the price… more than reasonable!! They really look after their clients.
